Fullerton: Family fun night set for June 12 at St. John’s Lutheran Church

St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 835 Third St., will be holding its next family fun night 6-8 p.m. June 12. Youth in preschool through fifth grade are invited to join, along with their families, for supper, games and crafts, along with conversation of Bible stories.

St. John’s Lutheran Church is holding Vacation Bible School 6-8 p.m. July 13-17. The theme is Snowball Mountain Challenge.

The closing service will take place at the worship service 9:30 a.m. July 19.

Those who register early will receive a free T-shirt. See Lana for further information, including for volunteer opportunities.

St. John’s UCC has reserved 80 seats in section 105 of the grandstand at Coca-Cola Park for the IronPigs vs. the Rail Raiders baseball game, set for 6:45 p.m. Aug. 11. The cost includes tickets to the game and $2 ballpark credit.

It’s Dollar Dog Night, when hot dogs are $1 all night long.

The deadline to reserve a seat is June 21.

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., announces its summer office hours will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. The office will be closed Fridays during the months of June, July and August.

The school office will be located in the parish hall for the summer and will be open 9 a.m.-noon Tuesdays-Thursdays.
