Liberty’s Anthony Otero and Elizabeth McClarin, and Freedom’s Natalie Ray captured top 8 medals at the PIAA Class 3A State Track and Field Championships this past weekend at Shippensburg University.

Otero, a senior, took seventh place in the long jump with a distance of 22-5.25.

McClarin, a sophomore, was the seventh place finisher in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:12.34.

Ray, who’s a junior, won the eighth place medal in the 400 meter dash with a time of 57.84.

McClarin also competed in the 1600 meter run, placing 12th with a time of 4:57.07.

Liberty’s Katie Drabouski, a junior, placed 16th, also in the 1600 meter run, with a time of 4:59.40.

Drabouski had another 16th place finish with her time in the 3200 meter run, clocking in at 10:56.44.

McClarin, Drabouski, Cali Sobrinski, and Ava Kopetskie competed in the 4x8 relay and placed 19th in 9:45.25.

In Class 2A, Bethlehem Catholic’s Rio Stoudt placed 25th in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:26.80.

Becahi’s 4x4 relay team of Brandon Andrews, Aiden Rivera, Armando Thom, and Zemi Rodriguez placed 19th with a time of 3:30.99.

Becahi’s 4x1 relay team of Carter Vassa, Rivera, Rodriguez, and Thom placed 20th with a time of 44.21.
