Last week, the EPC announced its All-Star teams. Barnett was voted to the First Team, while Jacobs earned Second Team honors and Gordner was on the Third Team.
Parkland is now 14-3 overall and will take on the top seed, Emmaus, in the EPC championship match Thursday night at Allen.
The two teams met in the regular season finale back on April 29, with the Hornets winning in five sets by scores of 21-25, 25-15, 17-25, 26-24, 14-16. Emmaus had a bye in the quarters and then downed the fourth seed, Whitehall, in the semis.
The Trojans are looking to win their first conference gold since 2024.
