The Emmaus High School boys volleyball team finished its regular season with wins in its last seven matches.
Emmaus opened the final week of the 2026 regular season with a 3-1 victory over Freedom last Monday, April 27, by scores of 25-22, 25-22, 20-25, 25-22. It was the Patriots’ first loss of the season in league play.
The Hornets then took down rival Parkland in five sets by scores of 25-21, 15-25, 25-17, 24-26, 16-14 last Wednesday.
In a rematch of last season’s District 11 3A final, Emmaus went ahead by two sets and held on after a third-set loss to Freedom.
Miles Boulrice led the Hornets offensive attack with 22 kills. Bilaal Kerim also had success for the offense, finishing with 18 kills. Ben Skekel had a great all-around game with 47 assists, 11 digs and six kills, while Greyson Answini recorded a team-high 12 digs and six kills and Josiah Brown had 10 digs.
In the match with the Trojans, Boulrice once again paced the attack, finishing with 24 kills and adding 11 digs and four blocks. Kerim tallied 16 kills and 10 blocks for another double-double, joining Boulrice. Answini recorded nine kills, 12 digs and three assists. Skekel notched four kills, five blocks, eight digs and 54 assists. Brown led the defense with 14 digs.
Emmaus, which improved to 14-1 overall and 11-1 in the conference, will be the top seed in the EPC playoffs with its first match set for next Tuesday, May 12.
