Janet Lee Tomasko, 82, of Macungie, died peacefully May 17, 2026. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. and Lillian S. (Leh) Heiney.

She enjoyed a long career of 25 years at Air Products and Chemicals in Trexlertown.

She enjoyed relaxing in Avalon, N.J.

Early this year, her malignancy was diagnosed. It was fast and aggressive, yet she was brave and tough, fighting as she had fought all adversity during her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Tomasko Dooley (Brian), of St. Davids; son, Ronald T. (Joyce), of Naples, Fla.; grandchildren, Jackson, Maxwell and Margaret Dooley, Alexander and Nicholas.

She was predeceased by her brother, Gilbert F.; sisters, Irene F. Bartholomew, Geraldine L. Muhr, Louise A. Heiney.

A church service to celebrate her life will be held 1 p.m. May 29 at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, Allentown.
