Jeffrey Ellis Johnson, 65, of Allentown, formerly of Wellington, Fla., died unexpectedly April 14, 2026, at his residence. He was the husband of Julie A. (Dunn) Johnson, to whom he was married 40 years. He was the son of the late Ellis Howard and Mildred Elizabeth (Barber) Johnson.

He dedicated 42 years of service to the Palm Beach County Road and Bridge Department before retiring in 2021.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Emily E. Johnson Cope and Anthony; grandson, Quinn A. Cope; siblings, Stacie Johnson Koochek, Kamran, of Washington, Erik F. and Kimberly, of Florida; many nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his in-laws, Roger R. and Gwendolyn I. Dunn, Joyce (Dunn) Moeggenberg, Jim Dunn, nephew, Ayden Maitner.
