Dale R. Stoeckel, 87, of Emmaus, died April 4, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Inpatient Hospice. He was the husband of Mary (Falhamer) Stoeckel. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Richard and Della (Shugard) Stoeckel.

He worked as a self-employed general contractor. He also enjoyed working on his “patch.”

He was a member of Emmaus Moravian Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Daniel (Donna), Lani Shimandle (Scott), Perri Matejcek (Michael); grandchildren, Rebecca Cichocki (Michael), Joshua (Courtney), Jacob (Markella), Jillian, Jennifer Thomas (James), Kaitlyn Shimandle, Jonathan Matejcek, Gabrielle Matejcek (Theodore), Christopher Matejcek; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Aubrey Feifel, Dalton, Jack and Grace Stoeckel, Landon Thomas, Wyatt, Crew and baby Stoeckel; brother, Donald. He was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Deborah; sister-in-law, Gail.

Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus, handled the arrangements.
