The Morning Glories of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church will be meeting 10 a.m. April 20 at the church, 604 Fourth St.

Catty Seniors Plus will meet April 22 at Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua. The doors open noon, and the meeting starts 1 p.m.

Coffee, tea and desserts will be served, and bingo will be played.

This is the last chance to sign up for Catasauqua Garden Club’s April 23 field trip to Winterthur Gardens. The bus leaves 8:30 a.m. from Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., and will return 5:30 p.m.

Explore the stunning daffodil fields, bluebell carpets and more at Winterthur Gardens and a guided tour of the mansion’s fine collection of American decorative arts. Participants will also visit the Brandywine Art Museum. Lunch will not be provided.

The J4 Committee is having a basket social and 50/50 drawing fundraiser April 25 at Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St. The doors open noon, and bingo begins 1 p.m.

Tickets include 15 games and cash prizes. Special games are at an additional cost. Pre-sale tickets are at a discount, as opposed to at the door the day of the event.

The kitchen will be open, and there will be a cash bar.

The South Catasauqua annual neighborhood yard sale will be held 8 a.m.-2 p.m. May 15 and 16. It will be held at locations south of Race Street, up to and including Circle Drive. The sale will be held rain or shine.

There is a small participation fee to defray the cost of the neighborhood permit and the cost of advertising.

Some special items will be posted on Craig’s List, so let organizers know what special items you may have.

Payment can be made to Linda at 385 Faith Drive, Ronnie at 520 Circle Drive and Eugenia at 817 Bath Ave. Pay the fee by May 9, so all expenses can be paid to guarantee a great sale.
