Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., will be holding its next monthly food drive 10 a.m.-noon March 13 in the church parking lot.
Drive through to donate your nonperishable food items to benefit Catasauqua Community Food Bank.

Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua’s next free community lunch is set for 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. March 16.
The church is also accepting donations for the Roughie Pantry to “love our school-aged neighbors.” The pantry is accepting shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, body wash, tampons, sanitary napkins, etc.

St. John Fisher Church is having a Kornfeind’s Market sandwich sale fundraiser. Choices include roast beef, ham and turkey. All sandwiches come with white American cheese with a packet of mustard or mayonnaise.
Pickup is planned for 3:30-5:15 p.m. March 18 in the basement hall.
Order forms are available at the church entrances. Order forms and payment are due March 8.
The sandwich sale benefits the church.

The J4 Committee is looking for new members and volunteers to help organize the North Catasauqua/Catasauqua J4 Celebration and Mega Reunion. The event will be held July 4 at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St. The rain date is July 5.
The next committee meeting is set for 7 p.m. March 19 at borough hall, 1066 Fourth St. If interested in taking part, email cattyareaJ4@gmail.com and provide your contact information.
The committee is also looking for crafters and flea market vendors for the event. Interested vendors can email historiccatasauqua@gmail to receive a registration form.

Water invoices from Northampton Borough Municipal Authority were mailed out recently. Invoices are due by March 20 to avoid a late penalty.

Catasauqua Community Thrift Shop, 113 Bridge St., will have a half-price sale on everything until March 21.
The shop’s regular hour are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The thrift shop is happy to accept donations of good, used, clean clothing and household items and toys during regular store hours. Proceeds from the thrift shop are returned to the community through contributions that support youth and adult programs and services.
Any donations to the thrift shop must be written to Catasauqua Community Partnership or CCPI due to banking regulations.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., Catasauqua, will be holding its Warm Up Wednesday gatherings 4-6 p.m. Wednesdays until March 25. This is a free soup night, and everyone in the Catasauqua area is welcome.
This is a way for the community to get together to share a friendly a meal and a friendly word and is a nontraditional worship gather experience.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church is offering a presale ticket special for the basket social to be held March 27-29. The special is to purchase five sheets and get one sheet for free. Each sheet offers you 26 chances.

Browse the basket social in the parish center and then pickup dinner to go. This is a preorder event.
Available for purchase will be homemade macaroni and cheese with stewed tomatoes or cabbage and noodles. Additional sides of stewed tomatoes will be available for purchase as well. There is a cost per meal.
