ArtsQuest announces board officers for 2026
ArtsQuest is pleased to announce new and returning officers to the board of trustees, ArtsQuest Foundation, ArtsQuest Performing & Visual Arts Boards and Friends of Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks for 2026. As a nonprofit organization, ArtsQuest is led by volunteers who serve in a variety of capacities on the Boards and Committees that support the organization’s mission.

This board is responsible for the overall governance of the nonprofit community arts organization.
Joe Bergstein Jr. has been elected for his second one-year term as chair of the ArtsQuest board of trustees. Bergstein, executive vice president and chief financial officer at PPL, has been a member of ArtsQuest’s volunteer leadership for the past five years, serving as a board member since 2019. Bergstein was appointed chair of the trustees and chair of the executive committee in 2025.

• Secretary: Andrea Smith, retired principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP
• Treasurer: Michael Vinci, vice president of finance, Wind Creek Bethlehem
Foundation
The ArtsQuest Foundation is responsible for the strategic plan and goals for the ArtsQuest endowment fund and for assisting in the long-term sustainability of the nonprofit community arts organization.
The ArtsQuest Foundation is pleased to announce that Jason Cort, CPWA, president and founding partner at Quadrant Private Wealth, has been reelected chair of the foundation for a fourth one-year term. Cort, a resident of Center Valley, has served on the Foundation board of trustees since 2019.

Performing and Visual Arts boards
ArtsQuest’s Performing Arts Board is responsible for assisting in the development and evaluation of diverse performing arts programs, including music, dance, film, theatre, comedy and multidisciplinary programs. The Visual Arts Board is responsible for assisting in the development and evaluation of diverse visual arts programs in both tangible and non-tangible mediums, including but not limited to glass, ceramics and photography. This board also oversees public art on all the nonprofit’s properties and outreach of public art programs, visual arts education and exhibits in any gallery or exhibit space operated by ArtsQuest.
ArtsQuest is pleased to announce Cindy Marsh, senior manager Global Logistics at Victaulic, has been elected chair of the Performing Arts Board, with Miguel Perez, senior demand planner at B. Braun Medical, elected as the board’s vice chair. Both Marsh and Perez are serving their first one-year term.
Ward Van Haute, executive director/curator at Bethlehem House Gallery, has been elected the chair of the Visual Arts Board, and Donna Wannamaker, executive vice president, Insurance Services and Plan Design of Cornerstone Advisors, has been elected as the board’s vice chair. Both Van Haute and Wannamaker are serving their first one-year term.
Friends of Levitt Pavilion
The Friends of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks Board is responsible for the overall governance and programming direction of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks.
Friends of Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks is pleased to announce Hillary Harper, manager of business excellence at Victaulic, has been elected as chair. Harper is serving her first one-year term.
Additional officers include:
• Vice chair: Chuck Yeoman, Community Volunteer
• Secretary: Dawn Cressman, Special Education Teacher, Salisbury High School
• Treasurer: Terri Mento, Retired Vice President of Human Resources, Valley Youth House
