Mervin Dale Cressman, 86, of Allentown, died Dec. 28, 2025, with his loving family by his side. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Leroy and Helen (Ackerman) Cressman. He was a devoted husband for 62 years to the late Louetta Cressman.

He was a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School. Upon graduation, he joined the Army in 1957.

He was employed by Air Products as a stock clerk for 44 years until his retirement in 2001.

He was trained as an upholstery apprentice and enjoyed restoring beautiful furniture. He enjoyed boating, fishing and spending time with his friends

He was a member of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, where he and his wife were married in 1963.

He is survived by his daughters, Petrina Campagna and her husband, Paul, Leah Ringholm; grandchildren, Rachel Campagna and her husband, Samuel Fairbanks, Emily Ringholm, Lindsey Campagna, Olivia Ringholm; brother, Blaine Sr.; sister, Claudine Schoenly.

He was predeceased by a sister, Claire.
