Helen (Hergician) Stetz, 96, formerly of Orefield and Schnecksville died Jan. 5, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Paul Stetz. Born in Upper Macungie Township, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Sarko) Hergician.

She owned and operated a beauty shop in Orefield for many years before retiring. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton.

She is survived by grandson, Robert P. and his wife, Jodie, of Breinigsville; great-grandchildren, Owen and Ellie.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Paul Robert.

A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Northampton. The Rev. (Fr.) Vasil Bunik will be officiating.
