Carol R. Kercher, 85, formerly of Emmaus, died peacefully Dec. 26, 2025, in Cedarbrook. She was the wife of the late Clyde C. Kercher. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Strohecker) Bishop.

She worked as a nursery schoolteacher at The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit and later as a data entry clerk for Dun and Bradstreet before retiring.

She was a former active member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Macungie.

She is survived by her daughters, Cathy and her companion, Jeff Beahm, Corin and her husband, Doug Dries; grandchildren, Jaime Bisbing, Kelsey Scheffley, Connor Dries, Mackenzie Dries; great-grandchildren, Cameron Scheffley, Bryce and Lillian Bisbing; sisters, Claire Stephen and Linda Pfleiger.

She was predeceased by a brother, William Bishop.
