Betty A. Kistler, 96, formerly of New Tripoli, died Dec. 31, 2025. She was the wife of the late Curtis M. Kistler. Born in New Tripoli, she was the daughter of the late Paul and LaRue (Follweiler) Arndt.

She worked at Kistler’s Hatchery and other poultry farms throughout the years and also worked in janitorial services at Knoll Industries until retirement. She always enjoyed attending church at Salem Bible Church in Macungie. She loved seeing and spending time with her granddaughters and great-grandchildren as well.

She is survived by son-in-law, Edward Snyder, of New Tripoli; sister, Anna Bauer, of Slatington; grandchildren, Wendy Boyer (Eran), of Kempton, Kimberly Haught (Joshua), of Kutztown; great grandchildren, Benjamin and Samantha Boyer and Abigail and Maxwell Haught.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Snyder; brother, Lee Arndt.

The funeral service will take place 11 a.m. Jan. 8 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville. The visitation will be 10-11 a.m.
