Whitehall Township Public Library is planning family movie nights. They will be held 6 p.m. Dec. 3, 10 and 17.

The Teen Advisory Board is scheduled to meet 1:30 p.m. Dec. 6. Drop in to learn more about the group.

Holiday family storytime is back 11 a.m. Thursdays in December. We will learn about and celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa.

Kids from 1-year-old to kindergarten age can participate in stories, activities and crafts.

Registration is required.

Saturday storytime is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 6. There will be stories, songs, crafts and activities for children ages 3-7.

No registration is required.

The library is accepting donations for Toys for Tots through Dec. 15. Donations must be new, unwrapped toys.

Toys for Tots will not distribute any gifts that look like realistic weapons or anything with food.

The library is running a food drive for Whitehall Food Pantry. Help us assist local families by donating through November and December.

We accept food donations all year, but this is a special drive to help even more families in need.

The library has a number of clubs that meet monthly.

The book club for adults meets 1 p.m. the first Thursday of every month. Come and discuss what you’re currently reading.

The coloring club for adults meets 11 a.m. the first and third Thursdays and 5:30-7:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of the month.

The Good Yarn group meets for knitting, crocheting and other needle crafts 6 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month.

The Death Cafe, a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes, meets 6:30 p.m. the third Monday of the month.

The library’s regular hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
