George Milton Rex Jr. 80, of New Tripoli, died Nov. 19, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Carol A. (Behm) Rex to whom he was married 60 years last June 19. Born in Germansville, he was the son of the late George Milton Rex Sr. and Joyce E. (Mann) Rex.

He was employed as a foreman at the Bethlehem Steel Coke Works from 1965 to 1998. He was a member of Ebenezer Church in New Tripoli.

Known for his love of fishing, hunting and all sports, he was the greatest host for holidays and parties.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Bryan K. (Tina), of Allentown and their children, Nathaniel and Zachary, Pamela L. (Rex) Wolf (Randy), of Fleetwood and their children, Madison, Autumn, Savannah and Victoria, Jennifer A. (Rex) Roberts (Jason), of Schnecksville and their children, Jacob and Joshua; sisters, Nancy Rauch, of New Tripoli, Melinda Uhl, of Allentown; many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Carol Snyder and her husband, Walter Sr.; brothers-in-laws, David Rauch Sr., Bruce Uhl.
