Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, will be accepting orders until Nov. 30 for their hoagie sale.

Choose either regular Italian with everything, no peppers, no onions with peppers, no onions or peppers; ham and cheese, no onions or peppers; turkey, no onions or peppers; roast beef, no onions or peppers; tuna or veggie.

Ingredients supplied by Thomson’s Meat Market, Walnutport.

Pickup will take place from 4-6 p.m. Dec. 9.

They are also accepting orders for their cookie sale until Dec. 8.

Choose either cutouts or apricot, nut or prune kiffels.

Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9-11 a.m. Dec. 13. Pancakes and sausage will be served plus there will be a visit from Santa.

There is a cost for children ages 5-12 and adults.

Children under age 4 are free.

The Wreaths Across America Remembrance Ceremony at the church will take place at noon Dec. 13 in the church cemetery.

Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society, 4585 Werley’s Coroner Road, New Tripoli, will present its Grischtdaag (Christmas) Magic and Goodies event 4-8 p.m. Dec. 6.

There will be a tree lighting and arrival from Santa at 6 p.m. so bring your camera for photos.

Mrs. Claus will be reading stories and handing out small gifts from 4-6 p.m.

The Store and Little Shopper’s Village will be open 4-8 p.m.

Kids crafts will be held from 4-6 p.m. and face painting will take place from 6-8 p.m.

There will also be barrel rides weather permitting.

There will be a Christmas cookie and soup sale, vendors, food for purchase, and free hot chocolate.

Any leftover cookies from Saturday will be available for purchase from 1-4 p.m. on Dec. 7.
