The Emmaus High School cross country teams opened the 2025 East Penn Conference season by going 3-0 at an EPC multi-team meet last week.

Emmaus runners finished in the top four spots in the boys race, while also taking 12 out of the top 13 places. Roen Woolf led the way with a first-place finish, followed by teammates David Hearn in second, Ryan Fach in third and Michael Carwell fourth. Zachary Zappile was sixth to round out the team scoring.

In the girls race, Emmaus had the top six finishers with Mady McCartney leading the way and finishing a minute and 20 seconds ahead of second-place teammate Grace Nosal with Isabella Alwine-Balliro, Olivia Fleck and Myla Felegy rounding out the Emmaus girls team scoring.
