As chief learning officer, Ehsan will lead the strategic direction of STEAM education across all programs, including interactive exhibit experiences, classroom-based instruction and outreach throughout the region.
With over 15 years of experience in STEM education, Ehsan has a proven track record of integrating engineering and computer science with real-world, hands-on learning.
“Dr. Ehsan’s deep expertise in both the science and the art of education makes her an exceptional addition to our team,” said Lin Erickson, executive director and CEO of Da Vinci Science Center. “Her leadership will elevate our work in inspiring curiosity, fostering creativity, and ensuring that learners of all backgrounds see themselves in science.”
The center also celebrates the promotion of Ambrose to director of philanthropy, where she will lead fundraising strategy, manage donor engagement and collaborate across departments to grow philanthropic and grant support for programs and operations.
Ambrose brings more than 30 years of experience in public education leadership and nonprofit development, most recently serving as executive director of the Allentown School District Foundation. Her work has focused on strategic partnerships, educational equity and sustainable funding models that advance access to high-quality learning opportunities.
