Drug possession
A 38-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly was in possession of marijuana at a traffic stop along U.S. Route 222, Lower Macungie Township, 12:12 p.m. May 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Indecent assault
A 60-year-old male, of Catasauqua, allegedly assaulted another person at a location along Orchard Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 7.
Possession of explosives
A 31-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly had three incendiary devices and a small amount of controlled substances at a location along Laurel Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 10:45 a.m. Aug. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Lehigh County Adult Probation and Parole Department requested state police check into the Laurel Lane location.
Criminal trespass
A 40-year-old female, of Easton, was arrested on a warrant after state police were called for a trespassing incident to a location along Buhman Road, Lower Milford Township, 8:37 p.m. May 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Retail theft
Someone removed items valued at $113 from retailer Marshalls, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 7:44 p.m. July 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 22-year-old male, of Macungie, was taken into custody for allegedly removing $159.23 worth of numerous grocery items from Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between July 1 and July 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Disorderly conduct
Two people were cited for disorderly conduct and two juveniles were referred to a private children and youth agency after troopers were called to a fight in the 1000 block of Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:39 p.m. Aug. 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
