State Rep. Zack Mako, R-183rd, visited Northern Valley EMS, Inc. Coplay, Aug. 7 to issue a citation to Lisa Breneiser for her years of service in EMS.

Breneiser retired from NOVA June 30 after 40-years of service in EMS.

She started at NOVA as a volunteer 1985-1997, serving as a volunteer EMT and board of director.

Breneiser worked at Eastern PA Medcom, Inc., as a 911 dispatcher 1996-2013 and returned to NOVA as a part-time billing clerk in 2009.

She started full time in 2013 as a business office supervisor and was promoted to her current position as the business office manager in 2017.

She dedicated 28 years of service in total to NOVA.
