A 22-year-old male motorist, of Allentown, was arrested for simple assault after he allegedly shoved and struck another driver in the face multiple times when an argument turned physical after a two vehicle crash along U.S. Route 222 North/Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:39 p.m. July 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Macungie EMS also responded and treated the person who was struck, according to authorities.
A 36-year-old male, of Laurys Station, was taken into custody for simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted another person at a location along Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:21 p.m. July 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The person who was assaulted was treated at the scene by Macungie EMS, according to authorities.
Harassment
A 19-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with alleged harassment after state troopers were called to a location along Hunt Drive, Lower Macungie Township, after an argument escalated into a fight, 1:29 a.m. July 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 60-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for harassment after allegedly shoving another person during a dispute at a residence along Greens Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 11:01 a.m. July 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Indecent exposure
A 69-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after he allegedly defecated in a vestibule at retailer Costco Warehouse, 791 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:51 a.m. July 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft from vehicle
Someone removed a smartphone from a vehicle parked along Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, between 6 and 7 p.m. July 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The phone was valued at $400, according to authorities.
Found firearm
A Lower Macungie Township resident found a holster and a loaded revolver under the driver’s seat of a used pickup truck after purchasing the truck from a car dealership, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The resident contacted authorities after finding the firearm July 24.
Criminal mischief
A white vinyl fence was damaged at a residence along Main Road West, Upper Milford Township, overnight July 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Damage was estimated at $500, according to authorities.

Identity theft
A resident of Oak Drive, Lower Macungie Township, sent a photo of their photo id when applying for a job online to a fraudulent online job platform, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 21.

Scam

Corruption of minors
A youth who resides along Tanglewood Lane, Lower Macungie Township, told state police she was threatened to take off her clothes while on a calling app with a peer, according to Pennsylvnia State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported May 4.
Drug possession
A 58-year-old male, of Nazareth, was taken into custody after troopers were called to the area of Spring Creek Road and Congdon Hill Road, Lower Macungie Township, for a person causing a disturbance, 10:03 a.m. July 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male allegedly was in possession of various narcotics at the time of the incident, according to authorities.
DUI
A 22-year-old male, of Zionsville, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Townsip, 2:13 a.m. June 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
