Jane L. Matiska, 62, of Salisbury Township, died July 31, 2025, in her home. She was the wife of Michael J. Matiska.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late John and Dolly (Clauser) Guth.

She attended Salisbury High School.

She worked in various local knitting mills and also at the former A & H Sportswear in Stockertown.

She enjoyed knitting and loved caring for her pet birds.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Melinda J. Johnston and her husband, Christopher, of Macungie; a sister, Carol Hottenstein and her husband, Donald, of Salisbury Township; a granddaughter, Scarlet Johnston.

Services will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Allentown.
