Summer hours at yard waste drop off through Nov. 30

Upper Milford Township residents may use the yard waste drop center summer hours through Nov. 30.

Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Mondays, 3-7 p.m. Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to noon Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays.

The drop off center is closed Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The drop off area is behind the township garage and accessed from Church View Road.

Items eligible for drop off include grass, leaves and branches, which must be kept separated and unloaded at the proper location as indicated by signage at the site.

Branches are limited to 4 inches in diameter and no longer than 8 feet.

The drop off site is restricted to township residents. The site is not open to lawn maintenance or landscape businesses, according to the township newsleter.
