A 39-year-old male, of Alburtis and a 36-year-old female, of Pottstown, were arrested for alleged possession of drugs and related paraphernalia after a traffic stop along Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 8:40 p.m. June 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Simple assault
A 21-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested for simple assault and harassment after she allegedly assaulted another person during a dispute at a location along Windfield Street, Upper Milford Township, 1:26 p.m. June 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Retail theft
A 17-year-old male, of Ridgewood, N.Y., allegedly removed six fragrance items, with a total value of $376, from retailer Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103, Lower Macungie Township, July 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Three people allegedly worked together to remove clothing and toiletries, with a total value of $116.85, from retailer Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, June 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The suspects also allegedly removed items from nearby retailer Dick’s Sporting Goods, 707 N. Krocks Road, Suite 101, in an incident on the same day, according to authorities.
Theft from vehicle
A wallet and its contents and a car key fob are among items removed from two vehicles parked along Brookhaven Drive West, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Several other vehicles also were entered. The incident was reported June 2.
Criminal mischief
A vehicle was scratched with an unknown project while on Indian Creek Road, Upper Milford Township, overnight June 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Someone vandalized a women’s restroom in Spring Creek Estate Park, 6815 Danner Road, Lower Macungie Township, May 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A driver side window of a vehicle was damaged in an incident in the area of Trexlertown Road and Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:08 p.m. May 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A metal lug nut was found near broken glass on the roadway, according to authorities. The incident initially was investigated as a road rage incident during which shots were fired. “There was not evidence on scene to suggest the victim’s vehicle was struck by gunfire,” according to a press release from state police.
Someone smashed the rear window of a sport utility vehicle parked in the 1800 block of Aster Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 8:30 a.m. and 7:02 p.m. May 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The window was valued at $500, according to authorities.
Burglary
Someone entered a residence along Farview Court, Upper Milford Township, sometime between December 2024 and May 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Someone entered a residence along Clauss Drive, Lower Macungie Township, sometime between July 1 and July 3 and removed approximately $1,200 worth of electronics, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 3.
Crash
A driver was hurt when his vehicle overturned in a one-vehicle crash along Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 7:28 p.m. May 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The motorist was traveling west along Sauerkraut Lane in the area of Chichester Crossing when he lost control of his vehicle on a curve. The vehicle went over a curb, struck a tree and overturned, landing on the driver’s side, according to authorities. Cetronia Ambulance Corps also responded.
A Pennsburg motorist escaped injury when a tree fell onto his SUV along Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, 11:20 p.m. July 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The vehicle was southbound near Spinnerstown Road at the time, according to authorities. The motorist was the only person in the vehicle, according to a press release.
Dog law violation
A 64-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly allowed his dog to attack and bite another dog in an incident at a location along Spring Ridge Drive West, Lower Macungie Township, 5:42 p.m. June 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The attacking dog was off its leash at the time of the incident, according to authorities.
Trailer stolen
A trailer was taken from a location in the 8000 block of Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township, sometime between May 28 and June 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Found property
A black leather purse containing a knife, a credit card, a passport and other miscellaneous items was found in a parking lot of retailer Target, 749 Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, June 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The items were taken to the state police station, Schantz Road.
A black mountain bike, valued at $129.99, was found on a property in the 5500 block of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 7:17 p.m. May 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The bicycle was taken to the Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville station, Schantz Road, according to authorities.
Identity theft
A resident of Village Round, Lower Macungie Township, learned their personal information was used to open a fraudulent debit card account, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 8. The account was closed, according to authorities.
Public drunkenness
A 35-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for alleged public drunkenness after state police troopers were called to a location along North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:33 p.m. July 7 to check on the welfare of a person there. The male declined medical help at the scene and was determined to be intoxicated, according to authorities.
Theft
Two juveniles were taken into custody for allegedly removing items from lockers at indoor adventure park Urban Air, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5 p.m. June 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The items taken from the lockers were returned and the juveniles were released to their parents/guardians.
