Michael J. Kern, 50, of Schnecksville, died on his birthday, June 16, 2025, at his residence. Born in Allentown, he was the son of John J. and Judith A. (Muthard) Kern, of Allentown. He was employed as a project manager for several construction companies in the Lehigh Valley. He was a 1993 graduate of the Louis E. Dieruff High School in Allentown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by sons, Kash N. and Kohda L., both of Schnecksville; sister, Melissa M. Kohler (Mark) and their children, Cody J. Kohler and Makayla M. Kohler, all of Schnecksville.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. June 26, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville. Family and friends may pay their respects 9-10:30 a.m. before the service. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
