The Emmaus Rotary Club hosted the Emmaus Flag Day program June 14 in Emmaus Community Park. The club took over hosting duties in 2019. ABOVE: Members of the American Legion Post 191, Boy Scout Troop 80, Pack 25 and Girl Scouts of the Little Lehigh Service Unit 6810 participate in the ceremony.
Guest speaker Navy Petty Officer, Second Class, Dave Binder, right, enjoys refreshments served by Karen Hobson and provided by Vienna Lodge 847 International Order of Odd Fellows and Ai Orthodontics. Binder served two combat tours in Vietnam.
Salvatore Verrastro thanks Dr. Sue Straeter for her dedication to the Flag Day event in Emmaus June 14. Sarah Raynock will lead the event for 2026.
