Congratulations to the Class of 2025

We’ve made it! The Salisbury High School Class of 2025 will hold graduation June 8 at the SHS Stadium beginning 7 p.m. Admission is by ticket only. Best wishes to the Class of 2025 as they embark on whatever the future may hold for them!
For the rest of the students in the Salisbury Township School District, SteelStacks continues to offer a free family movie series this summer. They are showing “The Wild Robot” 6:30 p.m. June 4 and will show “Toy Story” June 11.
There will be an early dismissal June 11. SHS and Salisbury Middle School will dismiss 12:15 p.m. while Salisbury Elementary School will dismiss 1:15 p.m.
The last day of school will be June 12. SHS and SMS will dismiss 10:30 a.m. and SES will dismiss 11:15 a.m. Enjoy your summer break!
Join Salisbury Township for IronPigs night July 1 for a 7:05 p.m. game. Tickets must be ordered by June 20 using the registration form found on the township website and payment must be submitted to the township. Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury will host a bus trip to Sight and Sound to see “NOAH” Aug. 12. The bus will leave 10 a.m., lunch is at noon and the show begins 3 p.m. Reservations are due by June 29. Jerusalem will host “An Afternoon with Elvis” with a tribute performance by Jeff Krick Jr. 2-3:30 p.m. Sept. 21 at the church. There is limited seating; get your reservations in early by contacting Louise at 484-456-1148 or 610-866-1611.
Mark your calendars for Sept. 27 when AM Radio returns to Franko Park for a free concert 1-4 p.m. Food will also be available from Top of the Hill Grill food truck and dessert from the So Cool Ice Cream truck will be available.
The township recycling drop off sites are open. The Franko Farm site will be open June 6 and 7 and the Devonshire site will be open June 9, 12 and 14. Drop off center hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.
