Dorotea M. Boyer, 76, of Allentown, died May 18, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of David C. Boyer for 55 years.

Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Casiano and Solidad (Lunar) Mapolon.

She was employed as a certified nursing assistant at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall, for 20 years before retiring. She also was a food service worker in the cafeteria of Springhouse Middle School, South Whitehall Township.

She was a member of Christ’s Church at Lowhill, New Tripoli.

She had memberships at Ranger Rod and Gun Club, Coplay; Grouse Hall Fish and Game Association, Coplay; and Copeechan Fish and Game Club, Schnecksville.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Ricardo L. and wife Kimberly of Coplay; a daughter, Racquel L. and fiance Scott Benner of Orefield; four siblings, Lucio, Vicente, Maura and Ellen, all of the Philippines; three grandchildren, Shalyn J. Leigh and husband Toby of Wilmington, Del., Vincent C.A. and wife Mikayla of Alburtis and Abbie A. Benner of Bethlehem; and three great-grandchildren, Owen, Sophie and Maisie.

She was predeceased by three siblings, Rosie, Tesing and Ben.
