Terroristic threats

A disgruntled customer allegedly made verbal threats toward pharmacy staff at CVS Pharmacy, 958 S. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:30 p.m. Feb. 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Harassment

A 28-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was charged with harassment after he allegedly made threatening remarks to another person at a location on Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, April 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 62-year-old male, of Macungie, was charged with harassment after he allegedly attempted to strike an EMS crew member at a location along Bradford Lane, Lower Macungie Township, when EMS personnel arrived to help the man when he fell from his bike and hit his head, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Troopers were called after EMS personnel had to restrain the man at the scene 2:26 p.m. Feb. 14, according to authorities.

A 42-year-old male, of Macungie, was charged with harassment and other charges after allegedly causing injuries to another person’s face, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Feb. 11 at a location along East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to authorities.

A 44-year-old male and a 41-year-old female, both of Coopersburg, were charged with alleged harassment after an incident at a location in the 2100 block of Church View Road, Lower Milford Township, 12:08 a.m. March 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 43-year-old male, of Coopersburg, was charged with harassment after an argument allegedly “became physical” at a location along Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:17 a.m. March 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Assault

A 42-year-old male, of Emmaus, was taken into custody at a residence along East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:15 p.m. Feb. 14, after he allegedly struggled with troopers including striking one trooper in the face with a closed fist, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Troopers were called to the location for an unwanted person in the residence who was possibly armed, according to authorities.

A 45-year-old male, of Emmaus and a 39-year-old male, of Marianna, Ga., were arrested for alleged assault after they fought at a residence along Gristmill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 6:48 a.m. March 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Authorities described the men as “intoxicated.” Each person “sustained visible bodily injury,” according to authorities.

Theft

A resident of Locust Lane, Lower Macungie Township, learned assorted tools were missing from her residence and likely taken between Feb. 13 and 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of Champagne Drive, Upper Milford Township, learned a tax refund check for $3,469.76 was intercepted and deposited without his knowledge, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The resident’s name was removed from the refund check and the check was deposited through a mobile transaction, according to authorities. The incident was reported Dec. 13, 2024.

A resident of Grant Road, Lower Milford Township, learned a check mailed to pay local taxes was intercepted, altered and deposited through a mobile transaction, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The check was altered to $4,883.16 and the incident was reported Dec. 13, 2024.

Two residents of Hanover Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned someone used their debit card information to make seven transactions, totaling $7,884.42, between Feb. 3 and 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of Beverly Hills Road, Lower Milford Township, learned his cryptocurrency account was hacked and funds were withdrawn, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Feb. 10.

Receiving stolen property

A stolen pickup truck was found at a residence in the 6900 block of Yeakels Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, 2:59 a.m. March 17 after state police went to the residence for a welfare check of a person there, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Burglary

Someone broke into a locked garage at a location along Main Road West, Upper Milford Township and removed approximately $10,000 worth of property from the garage March 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Three all-terrain vehicles were removed from a location along Schantz Road, Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 2:28 a.m. March 31.

Crash

A Zionsville motorist was hurt when his vehicle rolled over in a single car crash along Limeport Pike in Lower Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The driver was traveling west near Spinnerstown Road at approximately 12:16 p.m. March 23 when the vehicle left the road and hit an embankment. The motorist, who told authorities of minor injuries, was taken by Upper Saucon EMS to a hospital for evaluation. Mechanics Plus and Lower Milford Township Fire Department also responded to the accident scene.

Retail theft

Someone allegedly removed multiple items from Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between December 2024 and April, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. An unnamed suspect was determined to be the actor in the incidents after troopers responded to the store April 23.

DUI

A motorist was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, at approximately 1:25 a.m. March 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A motorist was allegedly driving under the influence in the 700 block of Chestnut Street in Emmaus borough at approximately 12:57 a.m. March 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A motorist was allegedly driving under the influence near the area of the Trexlertown bypass and Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:06 a.m. March 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Identity theft

A resident of Plover Lane, Lower Milford Township, learned their personal information was used to open two credit card accounts, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 23.
