Allentown Central Catholic High School student is recognized for altruism
Spring is an exciting time for high school seniors. Anticipating graduation and planning future endeavors fills much of their time.
It is also time for recognition and awards for outstanding students.
The Travelers Protective Association is an organization hosting its annual Altruism Awards presentation and banquet each spring, honoring high school seniors who exemplify exceptional academics, extracurricular activities and altruism.
Ten high school seniors were chosen this year from the Lehigh Valley.
Allentown Central High School senior Katelee Bul was chosen as a recipient of the Travelers Protective Association Altruism Award 2025.
In addition to outstanding academic achievement, Bul competed on the women’s tennis team at ACCHS and participated in Best Friends Forever and community projects for special needs students.
Bul will attend Villanova University to study nursing.
The Travelers Protective Association of America is one of the oldest fraternal service clubs in the United States.
The organization was originally created in 1882 by and for traveling salesmen. Membership is now open to other occupations.
