William Harry Auman, 91, of Allentown, died peacefully May 1, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was the companion of Carol A. Berger with whom he resided. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Roy H. and Marjorie C. (Cheesbrough) Auman.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War era with a rank of S/Sgt.

He was employed as an electrician at the former Lucent Technologies and the former Western Electric in Allentown for 36 years before retiring in 1996. He was a member of the Emmaus Masonic Lodge #792, F. & A.M. and Lehigh Consistory, Valley of Allentown.

In addition to his companion, he is survived by daughters, Sheryl A. Stephens (Lee), of Orefield, Kim L. Minarovic, (Joseph) of Florida, Jane K. Kelly (Jay), of Coplay, Patricia A. Leaney (Darryl), of Canada; sister, Patricia K. McLaughlin, of Hellertown; grandchildren, Timothy L. Stephens (Michele), Derek A. Stephens (Sharon), Patrick A. Stephens, Dakota J. Kelly (Rena), Caitlyn J. Nichols (Tyler), Olivia W. Leaney, Luke R. Leaney; great-grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, Isabella, Violet, Cole, Knoxxen and Ivy.
