Kathleen J. Schaffer, 74, of Egypt, Whitehall, died April 6, 2025, in Doylestown Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Robert M. Schaffer.
Born Nov. 1, 1950, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William M. and Pearl L. (Wotring) Good.
She was an occupational therapist assistant for the County of Lehigh for many years before retiring.
An active member of Jordan United Church of Christ, South Whitehall, she was known for always helping others, often putting their needs before her own. Everyone knew of her love for animals, especially her cats.
Her survivors include a daughter Shannon D. Tobiaz and her husband, Carl, of Hatfield; grandsons CJ and Logan Tobiaz; cousins; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Thomas R. Schaffer, three brothers and five sisters.
Her funeral services will be 11 a.m. April 11 at Jordan UCC, 1837 Church Road, South Whitehall, with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating.
Family and friends may pay their respects 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, and 10-11 a.m. Friday in the church parlor.
Interment will follow the service at Jordan UCC Cemetery.
