Robert C. Thomas, 80, of Schnecksville, died March 19, 2024, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born Feb. 29, 1944, in Pottsville, he was the son of the late John W. and Mildred E. (Dando) Thomas.

He faithfully and honorably served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War era.

A postal worker for many years before retiring, he was a member of the Rajah Shrine and F.&A.M. New Temple Lodge 720, Allentown.

In addition, he was a member of United Church of Christ, Greenawalds.

His survivors include sons Michael J. Thomas and his wife, Rebecca, of Coplay, and Scott Robert Thomas and his wife, Jessica, of Florida; brother John E. Thomas of Milton; twin sister Dottie Ann Thomas of Pottsville; grandchildren Samantha, Ian, Jordan, Tyler, Gianni, J.R., and Riley; and great-granddaughter Zoey.

His memorial service will be at the convenience of his family.

Interment will be private.
