Abner Oliver Krumanocker

Abner Oliver Krumanocker, 89, of Schnecksville, died Good Friday, March 29, 2024, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall.

Born Nov. 28, 1934, in Allen Township, Northampton County, he was the son of the late Oliver A. and Hilda S. (Creyer) Krumanocker.

He was president and CEO of the former Wheel and Crawler Equipment Co., Fogelsville, from 1962-95.

He was affectionately known to many as “Mr. Case.”

He was a member of Jordan United Church of Christ, South Whitehall.

A 32nd Degree Mason, he was a member of Lehigh Lodge 326, F.&A.M., Lehigh Consistory, Valley of Allentown, and Rajah Shrine, Reading.

He was active with the Boy Scouts of America, having been a member of Boy Scout Troop 57, Neffs, and continuing on as a Boy Scout leader.

His survivors include daughters Sarah J. Sagl and her husband, James, of Center Valley, and Suzan M. Kuder-Andreas and her husband, Keith, of Schnecksville; sister Lucille J. Cox of Maine; grandchildren Sharon J. Hartwich and her husband, Brent, of Coopersburg, David E. Kuder of Neffs, Anthony P. Kuder of Schnecksville, and James O. Sagl and his wife, Kelly, of Elkin, N.C.; and great-grandchildren Grant and Brynlee.

He was predeceased by a daughter Marjorie A. Krumanocker and a brother Roger L. Krumanocker.

His memorial service will be 11 a.m. April 10 in Jordan UCC, 1837 Church Road, South Whitehall, with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith and the Rev. Robert Wilt Jr. officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects 9:30-10:50 a.m. before the service.

Masonic service will be at 10:50 a.m.

Private interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Howertown, Northampton, at the convenience of the family.
