Leonard R. Oncheck Jr.

Leonard R. Oncheck Jr., 63, of Allentown, died March 12, 2024, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.

He and his wife, Annette M. (Stibrany) Oncheck, were married 39 years.

Born Nov. 26, 1960, in Catasauqua, he was the son of the late Leonard R. Oncheck Sr. and Betty (Young) Oncheck.

He retired from Travel Impressions, Bethlehem

Before that, he worked at K. Heeps Inc., Allentown, and Canteen Corp., a vendor at Mack Trucks Inc.

A member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield, he was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 10921, Orefield.

A lifetime advocate of The Boy Scouts of America, he was a former Scout Master of Troop 150, Orefield, a North Valley District Commissioner, a vigil member of the Order of the Arrow, and a L.O.S.T. Director at Trexler Scout Reservation.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by sons Michael A. Daniel J. and Mark A. Oncheck, all of Allentown, and Robert W. Oncheck and his wife, Elisabeth, of Harrisburg; siblings Thomas and Lisa Oncheck, both of Danielsville; and nephew Nicholas Stibrany of Slatington.
