Simple assault

David John Cicero, 55, of Saylorsburg, was charged Jan. 26 with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1000 block of Cold Stream Circle, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Jennine L. Davis, 51, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 16, 2023, for allegedly driving under the influence and harassment in the 100 block of Cold Stream Court, according to Emmaus police.

Dylan Hiestand, 21, of Zionsville, was arrested Feb. 3 for allegedly driving under the influence, turning movements and required signals in the 700 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police.

A 56-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Jan. 30 for allegedly driving under the influence, restriction of alcoholic beverages and operation following suspension of registration in the 900 block of North Street, according to Emmaus police.

Terrence Ricardo Rhibbs, 43, of Macungie, was arrested Feb. 10 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 500 block of Jubilee Street, according to Emmaus police.

A 36-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

Carol C. Chonski, 64, of Allentown, was arrested Feb. 10 for alleged retail theft second offense less than $150 following an incident at a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Preston Gardner, 27, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 10 for alleged retail theft following an incident at a business in the 700 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Chanel Greene, 50, of New York, was arrested Feb. 21 for alleged retail theft of more than $150 following an incident at a business in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street and removing items valued at $407.87 without payment, according to Emmaus police.

A 51-year-old person, of New York, was arrested Feb. 19 for alleged retail theft over $2,000 following an incident at a business in the 700 block of Chestnut Street and removing items valued at $2,309.85 without payment, according to Emmaus police.

Small amount of marijuana

Racheal M. Dixon, 36, of Allentown, Feb. 22 was arrested for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and general lighting requirements in the 200 block of Harrison Street, according to Emmaus police.

Recklessly endangering another person

A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus and a 16-year-old female, of Alburtis, were arrested Feb. 19 for allegedly recklessly endangering another person and harassment in the 400 block of Railroad Street, according to Emmaus police.

Purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor, malt or brewed beverages

A 16-year-old female, of Emmaus, was cited Feb. 29 for alleged purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor, malt or brewed beverages at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Tobacco on school property prohibited

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, a 14-year-old female, of Alburtis and a 15-year-old female, of Macungie, were cited Feb. 23 for alleged tobacco on school property prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Alburtis, was cited Feb. 9 for alleged tobacco on school property prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmas police.

An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited Feb. 15 for alleged tobacco on school property prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Fraud

Someone was swindled out of $4,850 in a home improvement scam in the 100 block of Jefferson Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 22.

Theft from motor vehicle

Multiple credit cards were removed from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of Alpine Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 24.

Theft

A package valued at $30 was removed from a front porch at a residence in the 500 block of East Harrison Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 22.

Household goods valued at $500 were removed from a residence in the 600 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 4.

A package valued at $109 was removed from a residence in the 800 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 5.

Criminal mischief

A storage shed in the unit block of East Ridge Street was vandalized with graffiti, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 21.

Found property

A wheelchair was found in the 300 block of Minor Street on March 2, according to Emmaus police. The wheelchair was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A set of keys were found in the 300 block of Short Street on Feb. 14, according to Emmaus police. The keys were taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A bicycle was found at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., Feb. 19, according to Emmaus police. The bike was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A phone was found at Emmaus Community Park, 1330 Chestnut St., Feb. 26, according to Emmaus police. The phone was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

Disorderly conduct

A 14-year-old person and a 16-year-old person, of Macungie, were cited for alleged disorderly conduct at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., Feb. 8, according to Emmaus police.

A 15-year-old male, of Macungie and a 15-year-old male, of Allentown, were cited for alleged disorderly conduct Feb. 23 following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Kasey Kaitlyn Graves, 20 and Daniel Quinones, 19, both of Emmaus, were arrested Feb. 14 for alleged disorderly conduct in the unit block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police.
