Wayne A. and Ruth E. (Breininger) Frey of Germansville celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary Feb. 13.

They were married Feb. 13, 1954, by the Rev. John Herbster in Ziegler’s United Church of Christ, Breinigsville.

The couple has three children: Steven (Beverly) Frey of New Tripoli; Beverly (Michael) Handwerk of Germansville, and Karen (Janet) Frey of Whitehall.

They have four grandchildren: Jessica, Craig, Michael and Megan, and two great-grandchildren: Parker and Marloe.

The couple celebrated their special day with a family dinner.
