Salisbury police blotter

Vehicle theft

An unknown person allegedly removed a black Cadillac CTS sedan from the Scott Lot vehicle dealership located in the 3200 block of Lehigh Street, according to Salisbury police. The theft was reported Nov. 6 and the vehicle is valued at more than $67,000.

An unknown person allegedly removed a 2021 Porsche Taycan electric sports car, valued at $112,700, from the Mercedes-Benz Porsche of the Lehigh Valley dealership in the 3400 block of Lehigh Street, according to Salisbury police. The theft was reported Oct. 25.

Bicycle theft

An unknown person allegedly removed a mountain bike from Laubach Park, Lehigh Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The bicycle is described as black with a red seat and yellow lettering on the tires. The theft was reported Nov. 5.

DUI

A 69-year-old male, of Fogelsville, was charged Oct. 31 with allegedly driving under the influence and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function following a motor vehicle accident in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.

A 56-year-old female, of Bethlehem, was charged Oct. 27 with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police.

Burglary

A 22-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 20 with alleged burglary and related offenses following an incident in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street, according to Salisbury police.

Possession

A 17-year-old female was referred to the community justice panel Oct. 23 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana following an incident in the 1400 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police.

A 55-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Nov. 10 with alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

Retail theft

Someone allegedly removed approximately 35 various rings from a kiosk at South Mall Mercantile, South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury Police. The rings are valued at $8,000 to $10,000, according to authorities. The incident was reported Oct. 30.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A 34-year-old male, of Lansford, was charged Oct. 30 with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

A 36-year-old female, of Bethlehem, was charged Oct. 31 with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

Smoking in schools prohibited

A 16-year-old male was charged Nov. 1 with alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited after an incident at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

A 13-year-old female and a 12-year-old male were referred to the school justice panel Oct. 24 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited following an incident at Salisbury Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road, according to Salisbury police.

A 15-year-old male was referred to the school justice panel Oct. 25 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited following an incident at the Salisbury Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road, according to Salisbury police.

Scam

A resident of the 1700 block of South Albert Street was swindled out of $7,000 and a benefits check, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 24.

Harassment

A 32-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 27 with alleged harassment after an incident in the 1600 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

A 25-year-old female, of Easton, was charged Oct. 28 with alleged harassment after an incident in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.

Theft

A black Stihl backpack leaf blower was removed from a job site in the 1000 block of Oldstone Road, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 9.

Four unauthorized withdrawals were made from a business account of a company in the 1000 block of Flexer Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 26 and the withdrawals totaled $26,021.
