Aggravated assault

A 40-year-old male, of Baltimore, Md., faces four counts of alleged aggravated assault, four counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and two counts of disorderly conduct following an incident at Burger King, 1116 Chestnut St., March 9, according to Emmaus police.

Simple assault

A 34-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged March 28 with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 300 block of Powder Mill Lane, according to Emmaus police.

Terroristic threats

An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested March 30 for alleged terroristic threats simple assault and criminal mischief following an incident in the 400 block of Railroad Street, according to Emmaus police.

Burglary

A 49-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested March 31 for alleged burglary, criminal trespass/breaking into a building, theft by unlawful taking or disposition over $200 movable property and criminal mischief less than $500 property damage following an incident in the 400 block of Elm Street, according to Emmaus police.

Someone entered an unlocked home in the 100 block of North Fourth Street and removed currency with a value in excess of $3,000, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 16.

Retail theft

Two 44-year-old males, both of Bethlehem, were charged March 20 with alleged retail theft, first and second offenses, of more than $150 and receiving stolen property following multiple retail thefts at Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police.

Accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property

A 41-year-old female, of Emmaus, was charged March 13 with alleged accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and drivers required to be licensed following an accident in the 500 block of North Street, according to Emmaus police.

Driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked

A 51-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested March 21 for allegedly driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked DUI/ARD and operation following suspension of registration, according to Emmaus police.

Possession

A 20-year-old male, of Macungie, was charged March 30 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Use of tobacco in schools prohibited

A 15-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited March 23 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited March 23 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 14-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited for alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., March 29, according to Emmaus police.

A 16-year-old female, of Macungie, was cited March 27 for alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Harassment

An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited March 27 for alleged harassment after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft from vehicle

A tackle box and scanner valued at $165 were removed from a vehicle in the 600 block of State Avenue, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 27.

A catalytic converter, valued at $2,000, was removed from a vehicle in the 300 block of Iroquois Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 27.

An iPhone was found in Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, April 1. The phone was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St., according to Emmaus police.

A set of keys was found in the area of Fourth Street and Broad Street March 26. The keys were taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St., according to Emmaus police.

A package containing a screwdriver set was found in the area of Keystone Avenue and Long Street March 29. The package was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St., according to Emmaus police.

Criminal mischief

Someone slashed a tire on a vehicle in the 200 block of Green Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 31 and the tire is valued at $160.

Multiple street signs were vandalized making them unreadable near the intersection of Green Drive and South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 23.

DUI

A 28-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was arrested March 2 in the 100 block of Perkiomen Street for allegedly driving under the influence and obedience to traffic control devices, according to Emmaus police.

A 27-year-old female, of Allentown, was arrested March 26 in the area of Chestnut Street and 10th Street for allegedly driving under the influence, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, traffic control signs, obedience to traffic control devices and driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to Emmaus police.

A 53-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested March 31 for allegedly driving under the influence and accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property following an incident near the intersection of 10th Street and Green Street, according to Emmaus police.
