Rotary, BAVTS students help the homeless

Press photo courtesy Rotary Club of Bethlehem Members of the Rotary Club of Bethlehem and student representatives of the National Technical Honor Society at Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School gathered Feb. 8 in the lobby of NCC's Fowler Family Southside Center to donate winter clothing they had gathered to Rev. Bob Rapp, who leads Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering. The students gathered more than 100 winter coats and when combined with clothing gathered by Rotarians, made a significant contribution to the work of Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering to keep the homeless warm during a warmer, but also wetter winter and early spring season.
