Leapfrog Top Hospital Honors

St. Luke’s Anderson and Allentown and Warren campuses were named Top Teaching Hospitals in the Leapfrog Top Hospital survey. The data compares hospitals’ performance on national standards of patient safety, quality, efficiency and management structures that prevent errors, providing the most comprehensive picture of how patients fare at individual institutions. It is based entirely on an independent, scientific review of objective data.

Sports medicine partnership announced

St. Luke’s University Health Network and Moravian Academy partnered recently to provide comprehensive sports medicine and health care services.

The 10-year contract includes integrated health care components beyond the traditional sports medicine field, an extension of a 2016 partnership. The agreement expands the traditional sports-related components with a health wellness aspect.
