Roughies Report: University, college representatives plan to visit CHS

The following college representatives will be available to meet with interested Catasauqua High School junior and senior students in the school’s cafeteria during the Rough Rider block as follows: Kutztown University, Oct. 17; Delaware Valley University, Oct. 27; and King’s College Nov. 21.

Any student interested in speaking to any of these college representatives should report directly to the cafeteria where attendance will be taken.

Reminder: Both Catasauqua Area School District and Lehigh Career and Technical Institute will be closed Oct. 10 for a teacher in-service day and in observance of Columbus Day.

LCTI is hosting an annual open house for all prospective high school students Oct. 27. The event runs 6-8 p.m. Doors will open 5:45 p.m.

All CHS students are eligible for free breakfast and lunch during the 2022-23 school year. Students will pay for a la carte items only.

Breakfast is served 7:20-7:40 a.m., and lunches are during assigned time in block 3.
