It is zucchini time! The neighbors are offering their zucchini bats! Time to look through all those saved zucchini recipes in your files. And there are a lot of them.

I will save the dessert recipes for next time. I have recipes for pineapple zucchini bread, and zucchini chocolate cake, and blueberry zucchini bread.

Today I will start with an easy one: a raw salad, and go on from there.
