Emmaus police blotter

DUI

Frederick Bainhauer III, 56, of Trexlertown, was arrested April 15 for allegedly driving under the influence at Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police. Bainhauer was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Bartholomew Guerrera, 63, of Palm, was arrested May 22 for allegedly driving under the influence at the intersection of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. Guerra was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

James Hamilton Carroll, 29, of Kempton, was arrested June 4 for allegedly driving under the influence in the unit block of Klines Lane, according to Emmaus police. Carroll was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Ner Doh Moo, 35, of Emmaus, was arrested June 4 for allegedly driving under the influence and prohibited parking at Fifth and Jubilee streets, according to Emmaus police. Moo was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Linda Christman, 58, of Emmaus, was arrested June 4 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 1200 block of Arch Street, according to Emmaus police. Christman was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Trespassing

Three 17-year-old males, all of Allentown, were issued citations June 6 for allegedly trespassing at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft

Someone removed cooking oil valued at $1,000 from a location in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported May 24.

A Red Giant mountain bicycle was removed from the 1300 block of Arch Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported June 14.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A 16-year-old female, of Macungie, was arrested June 7 for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

Criminal mischief

Someone spray painted the walls and stalls of a women’s bathroom at the Williams Street Playground, causing $100 in damage, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported June 2.

Someone spray painted graffiti in a women’s bathroom at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Road, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported June 5.

Found items

A set of keys was found June 1 at South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Pine Street, according to Emmaus police. The item is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A Hyper Shock mountain bicycle was found at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Road, June 8, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle is held at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A Miracle Ear hearing device was found in the 200 block of Main Street June 14, according to Emmaus police. The device is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
