A 1982 Whitehall Zephyr Basketball State Championship team reunion took place at Sam Owens in Coplay on May 26 beginning at 7 p.m. On hand, above, were medals and trophies and other memorabilia. At the top are: front row - assistant coach Carl Case; second row - Rick Steckel, Dick Gladish, Glenn Noack, Mike Bobyak, Ron D’Argenio (staff), Scott Coval, Karl Heydt, Mark Molchany, Chet Pieczynski (freshman coach) and Kyle Kern. Missing: Chris Newhart, Rick Scholl, Ron Strisofsky. Deceased: Lou Pizzaro, head coach Dick Tracy. At the left, Carl Chase poses with Kyle Kern.
