Theft

Jamal Barnes, 36, of Wilmington, Del., was arrested Feb. 7 for alleged theft and receiving stolen property following an incident at Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police.

DUI

A 31-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 19 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 500 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. She was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

A 23-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested March 16 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving at 675 State Ave., according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

False reports to law enforcement

Robert William Ledford, 54, of Emmaus, was arrested March 21 for alleged false reports to law enforcement and disorderly conduct, according to Emmaus police.

Harassment

A 29-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested March 9 for alleged harassment after an incident in the 300 block of Broom Street, according to Emmaus police.

Burglary

A business in the 100 block of E. Main Street was forcibly entered and a GMC truck, trailer and miscellaneous items, with a total value of $4,336, were removed, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 3.

Theft from vehicle

Clothing and tools valued at $415 were removed from a vehicle parked in the unit block of North Third Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 21.

A vehicle was damaged and parts were removed, with a total value of $500, while the vehicle was parked in the unit block of North Fourth Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 21.

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,000, was removed from a Toyota Prius while it was parked in the 500 block of Wood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 24.

Two catalytic converters, valued at $1,000, were removed from two Mitsubishi Outlander sport utility vehicles while the vehicles were at the Kelly Used Cars lot, 439 State Road, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 4.

A vehicle gas tank was punctured and a full tank of gas drained while the vehicle was parked in the 500 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 3.

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,500, was removed from a Hyundai Sonata while it was parked in the 600 block of Glenwood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 22.

Disorderly conduct

Two students were issued citations for alleged disorderly conduct March 24 following a disturbance at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Possession of alcohol

A 17-year-old male was issued a citation March 22 for alleged possession of alcohol at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Criminal mischief

A bathroom was vandalized at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., resulting in $100 damage, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 4.

Found property

A Nishiki Pueblo mountain bike was found in the area of Cedar Crest Boulevard and North Street April 2, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
