Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

JAN. 10

A 61-year-old Catasauqua man was reported by the department to have been involved in terroristic threats in the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

Officers assisted Catasauqua Area School District at 201 N. 14th St. and North Catasauqua police in the 1100 block of Second Street.

A civil matter took place in the 600 block of Bath Avenue.

JAN. 11

Loud music in the 500 block of Fourth Street was reported to the department.

In the 600 block of Front Street, officers conducted a welfare check.

A fraud case involving an altered check at Catasauqua Area School District, 201 N. 14th St., had police investigating.

Officers responded to a juvenile issue at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

On Covington Place, a disturbance was investigated.

Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Wood Street.

JAN. 12

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of American Street.

At Innovative Arts Academy, 330 Howertown Road, police investigated a report of a juvenile possessing marijuana.

On Covington Place, officers assisted the Lehigh County Sheriff’s Office with a protection-from-abuse service.

Suspicious activity on Race Street was reported.

JAN. 13

A hit and run took place in the 100 block of Front Street.

In the 100 block of Front Street, a domestic disturbance, with an arrest, occurred.

At Catasauqua Area School District, 201 N. 14th St., a juvenile complaint was investigated.

A juvenile mental health case, involving a transport, was addressed at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

An unwanted person on Covington Place was reported.

Suspicious activity, involving possible fraud, on Cambridge Place had police at the scene.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

JAN. 14

Suspicious activity at Stonewood Place and Walnut Street was reported.

A driver was cited on Pine Street during a vehicle stop for a traffic ordinance violation.

In the 500 block of Faith Drive, police investigated a phone scam report.

JAN. 15

Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Front Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Prospect Street.

JAN. 16

A parking complaint in the 200 block of Church Street was addressed.

On Railroad Street, a verbal argument and disturbance took place.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 700 block of Bath Avenue.

A verbal warning was issued in the 700 block of Front Street due to traffic enforcement.

A lost dog in the 400 block of St. John Street was filed with the department.
