Elaine B. Klase, 83, of Emmaus, died Dec. 15, 2021, in her residence. She was the wife of the late Russell A. Klase. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rosa (Schwartz) Stratz. She was a loving homemaker.

She was a member of Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Emmaus Garden Club, where she served as past president.

She is survived by sons, Russel A. II and his wife, Lori, of Parachute, Colo., Richard H. and his wife, Sharyn, of Emmaus; a brother, Willard Stratz, of New Bern, N.C.; grandchildren, Russell A. III, Aaron J., Kandase and her husband, Samuel Scott, Kaselyn and her husband, Shawnee Keiser; great-grandchildren, Kaitlin and Samuel. She was predeceased by siblings, Harold Stratz, Eleanor Gildner and Evelyn Kelchner.
