Delores G. Cope, 87, of Allentown, died July 28, 2021, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Bernard O. Cope Jr. who died in 1980. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Katherine (Grund) Lipsky.

She attended Liberty High School. After she raised her children, she worked at Service Merchandise for many years until retiring.

She liked to garden and was an avid jigsaw puzzler. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by daughters, Barbara A. Yenolevich with whom she resided, Debra C. and her husband, Darryl Markowitz, of Macungie, Nancy L. and her husband, Marvin Clause, of Slatington; a brother, Frank Lipsky, of Arizona; grandchildren, Laura and her husband, David McKelvey, Rebekah Markowitz, Aaron Markowitz and his wife, Kelly, Daniel Clause and his girlfriend, Saige, Patrick Clause and his wife, Anne, Sarra Taylor and her husband, Thomas and Tracy and her husband, Joshua Oscavich; nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, Keith D. and Barry O.; a son-in-law, Michael T. Yenolevich; brothers, Edward, William, Joseph and Ted Lipsky; a sister, Gertrude Getter.
